The 17th ASIACONSTRUCT Conference & Exhibition, 13th to 15th Dec 2011, India Habitat Centre Lodhi Road, New Delhi, India

The Planning Commission, Government of India, jointly with the Indian construction industry has set up Construction Industry Development Council (CIDC) to take up activities for the development of the Indian construction industry.

CIDC in its continuous efforts to synergize national and international Construction activities has been interacting with several National Governments Industry Organizations. As a part of this initiative, it is proposed to hold an International Conference Exhibition with active participation of Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Sri Lanka, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Australia, New Zealand Singapore during December 13 -15, 2011.

Asia Construct Conference provides a venue for exchanging information on trends in the construction economies and construction markets, as well as on the structure of the construction industry, construction industry policies, and major construction projects in the region of Asia. The first conference was held in Tokyo, Japan in 1995, and the annual conferences are held at locations around Asia. CIDC is an active member of Asia Construct has conducted the 7th Asia Construct Event in the year 2001.
